Lighting requirements

Bright but indirect light, avoid full sun on the leaves by using a sheer curtain or placing in an east facing window to take advantage of the morning sun.

Watering

Alocasias prefer consistently moist soil, avoid sitting it in a water logged pot, let all the water drain away from the nursery pot before putting it back into a decorative pot

Temperature

keep the temperature above 18C to avoid the plant going into dormancy
